Replacement Policy

When can you claim replacement for your product?

  • If the product customization information does not match or has an error in customization.
  • If the product is damaged or defected.
  • If the product has the wrong or mismatched size.

When the Replacement Policy is not applicable?

  • If the product is damaged by the misuse or poor handling of the customer.
  • If the product model or the serial number recorded in the shopping order applied for return or exchange does not match the product sent back.
  • If the product has exceeded the 6 days limit.

How to claim the replacement of the product?

  • Contact our Customer Care Representative. Share pictures and videos of the damaged/faulty product.
  • Provide complete details about the reasons for your return to our Customer Care Representative.
  • Request our Customer Care Representative to provide you the Replacement form, return address, and guide you along the process.
  • Go to the nearest courier service center and send the product to the provided return address.
  • In case you sent the product to the wrong return address, you will not be eligible for the replacement claim.
  • Products claiming for replacement should be packed properly along with all the accessories/tools that came with it.
  • Once your replacement request is accepted, your product will be replaced within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

  • After ordering the product, you have a grace period of 24 hours within which you can cancel your order without any charges.
  • After the grace period, the product will be start processing and you will not be eligible to cancel your order.
